1. General Terms & Conditions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the khelarmath online betting platform and all users ("user", "you", or "player") of our services. You must read, understand, and agree to all terms of this Agreement before using our website, mobile application, and all related services.

By accessing or registering on the khelarmath platform, you confirm that you have read this agreement in full and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately stop using our services and close your account.

1.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Khelarmath is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and are legally permitted to participate in online betting within your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. If we discover that a minor is using our services, we will immediately suspend or close the account and void all associated transactions.

1.2 Account Registration & Responsibilities

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, with deposited funds subject to forfeiture. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Keep your login credentials confidential and never share them with any third party. All activity carried out through your account will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

2. Betting Rules & Regulations

All bets placed on the khelarmath platform must comply with our established rules and regulations. Each bet constitutes a legally binding agreement and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, unless a technical error has occurred on our end.

2.1 Bet Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or accept any bet. Maximum and minimum bet limits may apply, varying by sport, event, and market. We reserve the right to void bets and suspend associated accounts in cases of suspicious betting patterns, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.

2.2 Bet Settlement

All bet outcomes are settled based on official event results and trusted sources designated by us. In most cases, settlement is completed shortly after the event concludes. However, for complex markets or disputed results, settlement may be delayed until official confirmation is received.

2.3 Cash Out Feature

Khelarmath offers a cash-out feature on selected events and markets, allowing you to settle your bet before the event concludes. Cash-out values are calculated dynamically based on current market conditions. All cash-outs are final and cannot be reversed once accepted. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend the cash-out feature at any time due to technical reasons, suspicious activity, or market management.

3. Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

Khelarmath is committed to ensuring secure, fast, and transparent financial transactions. We support a range of payment methods, and all transactions are processed in accordance with the highest industry security standards.

3.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (may vary by payment method). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though some payment methods may require 2–15 minutes to process. You may only deposit using your own name and your own funds. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. All withdrawal requests go through identity verification and security checks. For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 2–4 hours. First-time withdrawals or large amounts may require an additional 24–48 hours for further verification. Withdrawals are typically made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals linked to bonus or promotional funds cannot be processed until the associated wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Charges & Fees

Khelarmath does not charge any hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own processing fees, which are outside our control. For more than three withdrawals within a calendar month, we may charge an administrative fee of BDT 20 per additional withdrawal.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Khelarmath offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers for regular players. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, which players must read and comply with.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is typically offered as a match bonus, calculated as a percentage of your first deposit. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method. To claim the bonus, players must make their first deposit within the specified timeframe after registration.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. You will generally need to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before making a withdrawal. Each promotion will have its own wagering requirements, clearly stated in the promotion terms. Only qualifying bets will count toward wagering requirements. Certain games or bet types may be ineligible or may contribute at a different percentage.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes creating multiple accounts, using automated strategies, syndicate betting, or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage. If we suspect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or close the account.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Khelarmath is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their betting activity.

5.1 Setting Self-Limits

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit, bet, and loss limits in their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreasing a limit takes effect instantly.

5.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be set for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, make deposits, or place bets. Once set, self-exclusion cannot be reversed and will remain in effect until the chosen period has ended.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

Khelarmath reserves the right to suspend or close any account if we believe this agreement has been violated, fraudulent activity has been detected, or closure is required to meet legal obligations.

6.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Providing False or Misleading Information
• Maintaining Multiple Accounts
• Accessing the Service as a Minor
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Bonus Abuse or Attempting to Gain an Unfair Advantage
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior
• Using Third-Party Funds or Payment Methods

6.2 Player-Initiated Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, you must settle any outstanding bets and withdraw all remaining funds. We may verify your identity and request additional documentation before processing the account closure.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The khelarmath website, mobile application, and all content — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and other materials — are the property of khelarmath and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

Khelarmath shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from technical errors, server failures, third-party service disruptions, or any other cause. We strive to keep our services reliable and secure, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Changes and Updates

Khelarmath reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this agreement should first be directed to our customer support team for resolution. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
